我要将暗中的宝物和隐密的财宝赐给你，使你知道提名召你的，就是我 －耶和华、以色列的神。 因我仆人雅各 ，我所拣选以色列的缘故，我就提名召你；你虽不认识我，我也加给你名号。我是耶和华，在我以外并没有别神；除了我以外再没有神。 I will give you treasures hidden in the darkness - secret riches. I will do this so you may know that I am the Lord the God of Israel, the one who calls you by name. Why have I called you for this work? Why did I call you by name when you did not know me? It is for the sake of Jacob my servant, Israel my chosen one. I am the Lord; there is no other God.
耶和华提名呼召我们是要我们在我们的这世代实行他美好的旨意。大卫王在世的時候遵行神的旨意，服事了他那一世的人。(司徒行传 13：36)
The Lord has called us for a reason, to fulfill His wonderful purpose and serve our generation. King David served his generation and fulfilled God’s will for his life. (Acts 13:36)
