你若在安息日谨慎你的脚步，在我圣日不以操作为喜乐，称安息日为可喜乐的，称耶和华的圣日为可尊重的；而且尊敬这日，不办自己的私事，不随自己的私意，不说自己的私话，你就以耶和华为乐。耶和华要使你乘驾地的高处，又以你祖雅各的產业养育你。这是耶和华亲口说的。 If you keep the Sabbath day holy and not pursue your own interests on that day, but enjoy the Sabbath
and speak of it with delight as the Lord’s holy day. If you honor the Sabbath in everything you do on that day and not follow your own desires or talk idly. Then the Lord will be your delight. I will give you great honor and satisfy you with the inheritance I promised to your ancestor Jacob. I, the Lord, have spoken!
当我们任意与特地将安息日分别为圣，称这日为可喜乐可尊重的。 当我们这样作时，我们会领受到耶和华所赐丰丰富富的福分与应许。我们不是因赏赐而守安息日，而是在勤守时，表示我们在一周之内诚恳的尊重与记念主日。 The Lord desires that we intentionally and specifically set aside the Sabbath to be a day of rest, a day to enjoy and delight in Him. And as we do so, we shall be blessed and lavished with all his blessings and promises. It is not for the sake of reward that we keep the Sabbath Day holy, but speaks of our desire to honor and remember the Lord in our weekly routine.
