我看见他所行的道，也要醫治他；又要引导他，使他和那一同伤心的人再得安慰。我造就嘴唇的果子；願平安康泰归与遠处的人，也归与近处的人；并且我要醫治他。这是耶和华说的。惟独恶人，好像翻腾的海，不得平静；其中的水常涌出污秽和淤泥来。我的神说：恶人必不得平安！“I have seen what they do,
but I will heal them anyway! I will lead them. I will comfort those who mourn, bringing words of praise to their lips. May they have abundant peace, both near and far,”
says the Lord, who heals them. “But those who still reject me are like the restless sea, which is never still
but continually churns up mud and dirt. There is no peace for the wicked,” says my God.
耶和华要医治受伤者，将安慰的话带给伤心的人。使遠处人与近处 人的心得平安康泰；让他们从嘴唇响出赞美耶和华的歌声。他将平安赐给 The Lord brings healing to the afflicted and words of comfort to those who mourn. He brings peace to the heart and words of praise to the lips of his people.
