我们向罪死了，向神而活 We are dead to sin， but alive to God

罗马书 6:5-11 Romans 6:5-11

我们若在他死的形状上与他联合，也要在他复活的形状上与他联合；因为知道我们的旧人和他同钉十字架，使罪身灭绝，叫我们不再作罪的奴仆；因为已死的人是脱離了罪。我们若是与基督同死，就信必与他同活。因为知道基督既从死里复活，就不再死，死也不再作他的主了。他死是向罪死了，只有一次；他活是向神活著。 这样，你们向罪也当看自己是死的；向　神在基督耶稣里，却当看自己是活的。Since we have been united with him in his death, we will also be raised to life as he was. We know that our old sinful selves were crucified with Christ so that sin might lose its power in our lives. We are no longer slaves to sin. For when we died with Christ we were set free from the power of sin. And since we died with Christ, we know we will also live with him. We are sure of this because Christ was raised from the dead, and he will never die again. Death no longer has any power over him. When he died, he died once to break the power of sin. But now that he lives, he lives for the glory of God. So you also should consider yourselves to be dead to the power of sin and alive to God through Christ Jesus.

当我们承认生命里的犯罪部分已经与基督一同钉在十字架，那是实在的，我们就经历从罪中得到释放。 并且能够真正过着胜过罪的生活。罪与死失去作我们主的权利。所以我们不再是罪的奴隶，反而与神同活，为他的荣耀活。 When we reckon that the old sinful part of ourselves was crucified with Christ as it did, we can be set free from the power of sin and truly live a life of victory over sin. Sin and death no longer have power over us. Therefore we are dead to the power of sin and alive to God. We should live our lives for the glory of God.
