经文： 出埃及记 3 －6  Exodus 3-6
                耶利米书 29:11 - 13  Jeremiah 29:11-13

耶和华说：我知道我向你们所怀的意念是赐平安的意念，不是降灾祸的意念，要叫
你们末后有指望。你们要呼求我，祷告我，我就应允你们。你们寻求我，若专心寻
求我，就必寻见。
For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for
good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.  In those days
when you pray, I will listen.  If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will
find me.

(一)              耶和华不只是要使用你。他更要包括你在他的计划里。他说他
为我们所怀的意念 (计划) 是平安的，不是降灾祸的意念。

(二)               耶和华在旧约里命令他的子民要遵守安息日。 这命令的范围包括给他们的子女，男女仆人，外办人与牲畜一起享用安息。

就如耶和华将我们包括在他的生命与计划当中，让我们也考虑将我们周围的人包括
在我们生命里。我太太常说，“我们一起生活，一起打拼。”

1.   God does not only want to use you. He wants to include you in His plan.
He said, "I know the plans I have for you,... plans for good and not for
disaster,  to give you a future and a hope."

2.    God's instruction for His people in the Old Testament concerning the
Sabbath Day was that they include their sons, servants, foreigners and animals
in the enjoyment of the Sabbath Day rest. (Deut. 5"12-15)

In the same way that God includes us into His life and plan, let us consider
to include others in our life. My wife used to say,"Let us do life
together."
