我们的身体是非常重要的

罗马书12:1-2 Romans 12:1-2

所以弟兄们，我以神的慈悲劝你们，将身体献上，当作活祭，是圣洁的，是神所喜悦的；你们如此事奉乃是理所当然的。不要效法这个世界，只要心意更新而变化，叫你们察验何为神的善良、纯全、可喜悦的旨意。我凭著所赐我的恩对你们各人说：不要看自己过於所当看的，要照著神所分给各人信心的大小，看得合乎中道。

我们的身体对我们和我们的神是非常重要的。 神创造我们和我们的身体。大伟王在诗篇139赞美神说：

“我的肺腑是你所造的；我在母腹中，你已覆庇我。我要称谢你，因我受造，奇妙可畏；你的作为奇妙，这是我心深知道的。我在暗中受造，在地的深处被联络；那时，我的形体并不向你隐藏。我未成形的体质，你的眼早已看见了；你所定的日子，我尚未度一日，你都写在你的册上了。”（诗篇139：13－16）

我们的身体是何等的宝贵！ ... 因为我们靠着它们而生活与行动。若没有我们的身体，我们就不能生存在这个世界上了。我们要将我们的身体呈献给上帝做活祭，因为这是我们向神理所当然的侍奉与敬拜。

And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice - the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him. Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. Because of the privilege and authority^[c^] God has given me, I give each of you this warning: Don’t think you are better than you really are. Be honest in your evaluation of yourselves, measuring yourselves by the faith God has given us.

Our bodies are very important to us and to God. It was God who first created and formed our bodies. David praised God in Psalm 139:13-16 saying,

“You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body
and knit me together in my mother's womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex!
Your workmanship is marvelous — how well I know it. You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion,
 as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born.
  Every day of my life was recorded in your book.
Every moment was laid out
  before a single day had passed.”  (Psalm 139:13-16)

Our bodies are precious! ... for we live and move in them. Without the body, we will no longer be in this world. We offer our bodies to God as a living sacrifice because this is God’s reasonable requirement for us.
